OMG; thief caught and stripped naked while attempting to flee in Ondo State(Photos)

earlier today at Valentino Estate, Ondo State while  A suspected thief was caught attempting to escape after snatching a bag. The bag snatcher was stripped naked and pushed into muddy water by angry residents.
